The stories of Jip and Janneke are being published in Urk. The book, titled *Vor alteed maos* (Friends Forever), will appear in early October. Annie M.G. Schmidt's stories have previously been published in Twents and Sallands. The Urk edition is therefore the third Low Saxon edition.
