FRANKLIN, Ky. – Steve-O is returning to the Simpson County Animal Shelter this weekend for a meet and greet. The event is set for 1 to 2 p.m. at the shelter, where Steve-O will bring awareness to the ongoing animal welfare crisis and help encourage adoptions.
