Stephen King wants to write very different book as he shares favourite authors

Horror novelist Stephen King's latest release, Never Flinch, comes out on May 27 - but the author would love to pen a very different kind of book next.

Vampires are not like vampires. Some are terrifying with their looks and voices, see Nosferatu, others play guitar and have existential conversations under the baton of director Jim Jarmusch in the film Only Lovers Left Alive, and others fool high school girls, as is the case with the Twilight emoji. Skinner Sweet from the American Vampire comic book series is different. Corrupt, cunning, dangerous, insidious and, moreover, immune to sunlight.
