As part of the activities of the ‘DIF Pilares’ Program, the State DIF Colima began a cycle of trainings in Community Development Centers (Cedecos), aimed free of charge and open to all the public. The Director General of the State DIF, Diana Zepeda Figueroa, reported that these trainings include workshops of crafts, whites, desserts and food production, creation of piñatas, chopped paper, among others.
