Stamford man, 27, sexually assaulted disabled 16-year-old, warrant says

Hector Lajuj-Alvarado, 27, of Stamford is accused of sexually assaulting an intellectually disabled 16-year-old and possibly impregnating her, a warrant says.

The Kripo in Offenbach is currently looking for a 35 to 40-year-old man, about 1.70 meters tall, with dark short hair and a chin-length beard. The slim unknown, who wore grey-black clothes and a cap, had sexually harassed a 16-year-old in Nieder-Roden on Wednesday afternoon, apparently touching his sexual part and being manipulated.
