St. Cloud housing facility celebrates 30 years of serving men in need

ST. CLOUD — The Overcomers International Fellowship (OIF) Dream Center has been serving men in the St. Cloud area for 30 years. The facility, which opened in 1995, has served more than 14,000 men, including homeless veterans, people with mental illness, chemical dependency, learning disabilities and formerly incarcerated individuals, according to an OIF Dream Center news release.
