SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) — Savannah Mayor Van Johnson announced Wednesday the approval of the naming of the Savannah State University College of Education as the Hyundai College of Education. The naming was approved by the Georgia Board of Regents. Savannah State will receive a $5 million gift for the naming of the college.
