Sri Lanka’s Lankem Developments raises Rs752mn in rights issue
ECONOMYNEXT – Sri Lanka’s Lankem Developments Plc said its rights issue of 40,000,000 ordinary shares at 15 rupees each has been oversubscribed. “Total subscription received amounts to Rs. 752,564,220.00 (inclusive of additional shares applied for),” it said in a stock exchange filing. The stock was trading up 1.69 percent at 18.00 rupees on Monday. (Colombo/Apr21/2025)
