Sri Lanka’s IOC unit profits down 38-pct in June
ECONOMYNEXT – Profits at Lanka’s IOC, a unit of Indian Oil Corporation, fell 38 percent to 2.3 billion rupees in the June 2025 quarter from a year ago, with revenues and margins also shrinking, interim accounts show. Revenues fell 14.5 percent to 62.53 billion rupees, cost of sales fell 13.7 percent to 57.7 billion rupees, and gross profits fell 23 percent to 4.79 billion rupees.
