NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Because of repeated violations at the Spring Hill Sewer Treatment plant, a sewer moratorium has been imposed on the City of Spring Hill. The City of Spring Hill self-reported 29 effluent exceedance violations to the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation between June 1, 2023, and May 31, 2025.
