SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS) – Two men were arrested after attempting to steal copper wiring from a utility pole in Cedar Grove. Police say the men identified as Paul Dupuy IV and Adam Anglin were in the 200 block of East 70th on Sunday, just after 3 p.m., when patrol officers saw them cutting copper wiring from a utility pole in a nearby alleyway.
