SPAR announces new parking lot improvements, alternate parking

SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS) – The City of Shreveport’s Parks and Recreation Department (SPAR) announced two parking lot improvement projects that will soon be underway. The Cross Lake Boat Launch parking lot will be closed from September 22nd to September 29th for resurfacing and improvement work.
