Southbound I-95 shut down due to Harford County crash

BEL AIR, MD—Crews are on the scene of a crash on Interstate 95 in Harford County. The accident was reported at just before noon on Thursday, October 30 along southbound I-95 in Bel Air. All southbound lanes of I-95 have been shut down prior to the MD 543 exit.  Traffic is being detoured to the Maryland House travel plaza.
