At approximately 8:20 a.m. Wednesday morning, emergency personnel responded to an active attic fire at 271 Saddle River Road, near Keith Drive in South Monsey. The Monsey Fire Department led the response, with assistance from the South Spring Valley and Spring Valley Fire Departments, Faist EMS, and the Ramapo Police Department.
