A flip among the top two teams in Class 11B was the most notable change in this week's South Dakota Power 5 Poll, which was released on Monday. Elk-Point Jefferson received 14 first-place votes, emerging as the No. 1 team after knocking off Mount Vernon/Plankinton in a 32-14 decision last week.
