Sources: Limited point-to-point internet restored in Nangarhar

Limited point-to-point internet service has been restored in Nangarhar province, but access is restricted to banks and the customs office, local sources said Tuesday. The service resumed Monday, Sept. 22, but is operating at low speed and not at previous levels, the sources said.
