The General Directorate of Meteorology (MGM) announced that locally heavy rainfall is expected in the Ordu and Giresun areas starting this morning, and in the afternoon in the Taurus Mountains region of the Eastern Mediterranean, as well as in the Rize, Artvin, Kars and Ardahan areas and the northeastern districts of Erzurum.
