WINCHESTER, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) — A six-month investigation into narcotics trafficking in Clark County has led to dozens of arrests and major drug seizures, according to Winchester Police. Investigators say the effort involved multiple agencies, including the Clark County Sheriff’s Office and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF).
