DOVER, DE– Police arrested six men as part of a prostitution investigation Tuesday including a City of Dover Councilman.

Through Resolution No. 074 2024-2025 OM-CR, the Congressional General Officer ordered the recomposition of the Ad Hoc Commission, which will be in charge of the investigation phase of the disciplinary administrative process against the former head of the Congressional Legal and Constitutional Office Jorge Luis Torres Saravia, accused of allegedly leading a prostitution network within the Peruvian Parliament.
