Sirin Development's development strategy: new BTS and BTO projects in the Baltic States

Logistics real estate (RT) developer UAB Sirin Development has expanded its strategy: having previously focused on the construction of ready-to-lease logistics parks, the company is now also building build-to-suit and build-to-own solutions. Lukasz Tomczyk, Head of Commercial at SIRIN Development, says that by meeting the growing demand for such projects, the company will end 2028 having doubled its portfolio.
