The Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) has ordered the BiH Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) to check the financing of Elmedin Konaković's People and Justice (NiP) political party as part of the investigation into the "Black Tie" case, due to suspicions that the party was also financed with money from the "Tito and Dino" drug cartel.
