(KRON) – The California Highway Patrol is seeking assistance in locating a missing elderly man. Francisco Torres, 67, was last seen in Napa at approximately 6 p.m. on Friday. WEST UNION, W.Va. (WBOY) — The West Virginia State Police issued a Silver Alert late Friday night for an elderly man who was last seen in West Union.
