Should the Use of Seat Belts on Buses Be Mandatory?

Following the fatal accident of a special service bus on the road that communicates to Cajamarca, Tolima, with Calarcá in the Quindío, and that left 10 people dead, has revived the debate about the obligation of public transport companies to have all the seats on the buses with seat belts.
