Ponce – Agents of the Puerto Rico Police Negotiate, attached to the Ponce Oeste Precinct, investigate a serious attack reported yesterday afternoon in front of the Colmado Rivera, at kilometer 24.9 of the PR-123 highway, in the Guaraguao neighborhood of Ponce.
