A Shelby Township illegal immigrant who possessed several guns and 2,600 rounds of ammunition has agreed to be deported, according to federal court documents. Vires Al-Hakiem, 43, a citizen of Netherlands and an Iraqi native, recently pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court in Detroit to alien in possession of a firearm, punishable by up to 10 years in prison, and will be sentenced May 31 by Judge Laurie J.
