According to the indictment, after complaints that she was selling drugs from her apartment and an eviction process was imposed on her, a 61-year-old from Netanya set fire to clothes and sheets in the apartment, went outside and watched the flames without calling for help. In a building where more than 25 residents lived, the fire spread quickly, residents were trapped in the smoke, and neighbor Viktor Zotov collapsed and died.
