Shark Bite Ceviches now open in Ballard

There’s a new ceviche bar—Shark Bite Ceviche—in Ballard at 6256 3rd Ave NW. Marcos Arellano is the owner and chef. He’s been running Shark Bite as a food cart in Beacon Hill in 2016 and just opened his first Ballard brick-and-mortar.
