MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (WJHL) — Several youth cattle enthusiasts in the Tri-Cities region were recognized at the Tennessee Cattlemen’s Association's Youth Sports Banquet in January for their work in the Top Tier sponsored by Merck Animal Health program.
