Seven dead, 82 missing in Indonesian landslide, disaster agency says
Heavy rain triggered a landslide that destroyed 30 homes, killing eight and leaving 82 missing, with search efforts complicated by unstable soil, officials said.

- The landslide adds to recent disasters following late last year's Sumatra island floods that killed around 1,200, this month's Siau island flash flood killing at least 16, and government revocation of permits.
