A senior police officer was attacked and injured by hot water in his house in Likoni, Mombasa County. The officer of the rank of inspector is attached to the DCI Koloa in Baringo County. He was on leave and had joined his family in Likoni when a quarrel broke between him and his wife. Police said the wife attacked him using hot water leaving him with serious injuries in the face.
