Todd and Julie Chrisley’s Post-Prison Reality Series Drops Trailer
FULTON COUNTY, GEORGIA, JUL 31 – Todd and Julie Chrisley return to TV after presidential pardon, with their new show revealing family struggles and a divided household, Lifetime announced.
- On July 31, Lifetime released a five-minute trailer for 'The Chrisleys: Back to Reality' teasing their return after being pardoned by President Donald Trump in May.
- Prior to their comeback, both Todd and Julie Chrisley began serving sentences after being convicted in 2022 of tax evasion and fraud, with a combined 19-year sentence and reporting to federal prisons in January 2023.
- Following a 28-month prison stint, Todd said at a May 2025 press conference, 'I woke up the first morning and I was looking around. Im like, 'This is really real. Im home,'', and he confirmed they started filming immediately after returning in Florida and Kentucky.
- In the trailer, Savannah Chrisley notes `our household is completely divided` as she, Chase, and Grayson give interviews alongside grandparents Nanny Faye Chrisley and Harvey and Pam Hughes.
- The series will run for four nights beginning September 1, with episodes on September 9 and September 16, on Lifetime.
