34 cameras allegedly illegally installed were secured TIJUANA, Baja California, November 21, 2025.- In an operation executed by agents of the Ministry of Citizen Security of Baja California (SSCBC), through the State Citizen Security Force (FESC), 34 video surveillance cameras were secured that were installed illegally in the municipalities of Mexicali and Tijuana.
Mexicali.- The Ministry of Citizen Security of Baja California (SSCBC) reported that through an operation of the State Citizen Security Force (FESC), 34 video surveillance cameras were removed in different highways in the municipalities of Mexicali and Tijuana. According to the state agency, these devices “were installed illegally.”
