1100 hrs Statement from Highways East Following a collision that occurred at roughly 07:10 this morning 2 lanes (of 3) are closed on the M11 southbound near Harlow. The fuel tanks of one of the vehicles involved in the collision was ruptured which led to fuel leaking onto the carriageway, this ignited which resulted in the closure of the M11 southbound at around 07:25 to allow Essex County Fire and Rescue Service to work safely at scene, alongsi…
