Second sentence handed down in couple's theft from Worthington Hy-Vee

WORTHINGTON — One week after her husband, Gary, entered a guilty plea in Nobles County Fifth District Court to felony-level theft from the Worthington Hy-Vee grocery store, Judy Gerdes, 74, of Worthington, followed suit Tuesday afternoon.
