Second man charged in shooting that injured three teens in St. Paul
A second man has been charged in a 2024 shooting that injured three teens on the last night of the Minnesota State Fair. Abhor Abdiasis Mohamed, 19, of Minneapolis, was charged with three counts of aiding and abetting attempted murder and two counts of aiding and abetting drive-by shooting.
