FALL RIVER — A second suspect has been taken into custody in connection with the Gove Street homicide that occurred last December, authorities said Thursday. Julio Ardon, 26, of Fall River, was arrested around 7:30 a.m. Thursday in the area of 464 Birch Street by members of the Fugitive Unit.
