Pogačar increases his lead over his pursuers
Slovenian cycling ace Tadej Pogačar has increased his lead at the top of the UCI world rankings after finishing second in the Paris-Roubaix race. The 26-year-old now has a 7,806-point lead over his closest rival, Belgian Remco Evenepoel. Primož Roglič (3,855 points) remained in fourth place in the world rankings. World champion Pogačar has been at the top of the UCI rankings for 186 weeks, or since the end of September 2021
