The King County Medical Examiner’s Office has identified the man who died during a scuba diving incident Monday night at Redondo Beach Park as 67-year-old Jeffery Alan Christiansen of Des Moines. As we previously reported, Christiansen was pulled from Puget Sound by fellow divers after suffering a medical emergency during a night dive on Aug. 25.
