Following a four-month long investigation, a Lexington Township couple have been charged with a variety of drug offenses including dealing methamphetamine. Shannon Parnell Dennis Allman Dennis Allman, 55, and his wife, Shannon Parnell, 47, both of the 3400 block of S.
