SCI Dallas inmate charged with using makeshift weapon

An inmate at State Correctional Institution at Dallas has been charged with using a makeshift weapon in an effort to cut another prisoner last month, state police said. Alex Javier Bonilla, 22, is accused of attacking fellow inmate Nick Ryan, 24, of Allentown, at the Jackson Twp. prison on the afternoon of July 1.
