St. Mary Parish School Board approves medical leave for superintendent

During a special meeting Monday night, the St. Mary Parish School Board voted to place St. Mary Parish School Superintendent Buffy Fegenbush on medical leave for an indefinite period.Fegnebush's duties were assigned to Assistant Superintendent Rachael Sanders.The school board also authorized a monthly stipend of $4,000, plus an additional $1,000 for a car allowance during the assignment of the acting superintendent.
