COLLETON COUNTY, S.C. (WCBD) - An officer with the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources was the victim of a hit-and-run Tuesday night. Authorities say the driver that struck the SCDNR vehicle left the scene; however, a Colleton County K-9, named Annie, tracked the suspect to an abandoned residence where he was found hiding under blankets on an enclosed porch.
