The unique tree species in Sofia's Vrana Park are dying because no one is taking care of them, the family of Simeon Saxe-Coburg-Gotha warned in a rare statement to the media. He donated the park to the Sofia Municipality in 2001, but two years ago the Supreme Court of Cassation declared the state the owner of Vrana. "Dry trees spread diseases and endanger human lives.
