Sask. town and rural municipality conned out of nearly $700K through 'sophisticated fraud scheme'

The town of White City and the rural municipality of Edenwold, located just outside Regina, say they were targeted by a ‘sophisticated fraud scheme’ losing $200,000 and $497,000 respectively, according to a joint press release.
