The pharmaceutical laboratory plans to divest its industrial site installed in Val-de-Marne, while keeping the property of the anticoagulant, in loss of speed. Nine establishments of the group will have been transferred in one and a half years in France, according to the count of the unions.
The transfer was announced Monday to the trade unions. According to the press, the buyer is a German company. Local elected officials are worried about the 600 jobs.
The pharmaceutical giant has to formalize the sale of its Maisons-Alfort plant (Val-de-Marne) on Tuesday, July 1, 2025.
