San Francisco Mayor Orders City Workers Back Four Days a Week

San Francisco Mayor Daniel Lurie has ordered city workers to return to the office for a minimum of four days each week as soon as possible.
As of now, 24,000 city employees, or 70%, work in person five or more days each week, according to the Human Resources Department.
Mayor Lurie has set April 28 as the target date for full implementation of this new plan and communicated the need for action to the Human Resources Department.
Quanisha Johnson, owner of Cafe Melange, expressed excitement that the increase in workers downtown will boost her business.
