Samsung Galaxy users can now authenticate UPI payments with their fingerprints through Samsung Wallet, making the payment process more seamless.

Samsung Wallet Adds Fingerprint-Based UPI Payments Up to Rs 10,000 in India

Samsung Wallet now supports fingerprint authentication for UPI payments in India, allowing Galaxy users to authorise transactions of up to Rs. 10,000 without entering a UPI PIN. Samsung says the feature can improve privacy during payments and reduce failures caused by incorrect PIN entries. Wallet also supports contactless payments, bill payments and digital storage.
