Sam Green pleads guilty to conspiracy to commit wire fraud, wire fraud - The Troy Messenger

Former Brundidge Police Chief Sam Green pleaded guilty to four-of-13 counts he was indicted on in federal court in Montgomery on Wednesday. Green, 50, appeared in court at the Frank M. Johnson Jr. U.S. Courthouse Complex in Montgomery on Wednesday. Green pled guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and three counts of wire fraud and made a factual admission of guilt in court.
