Salvation Army of Binghamton continues services with mobile kitchen and pantry

BINGHAMTON, N.Y. (WIVT/WBGH) - After being forced to close earlier this month, The Salvation Army of Binghamton has found a new way to keep community members fed. The charity reopened its free community meal after securing a state-of-the-art mobile canteen.
