Kyiv - The US think tank, the Institute for the Study of War, said on the 9th that the Russian attack on western Ukraine using the latest intermediate-range ballistic missile "Oreshnik" was intended to "deter" the deployment of a multinational force, which is being considered as a "security guarantee" for Ukraine after the end of hostilities.
